He also holds directorships in Bandar Nusajaya Development Sdn Bhd, Iskandar Waterfront Holdings Sdn Bhd and Pelaburan Johor Berhad, and is a Deputy Chairman of Bistari Johor Berhad, a think tank of the Johor Corporation. Dato' Ayub brings to the helm his wealth of experience from his years as Land Officer, Director of the State Economic Planning Unit, State Secretary of Johor and as Development Advisor to the Johor State Government. Having shaped the strategic destinies of the South Johor Economic Region Authority and Senai Airport (as the new regional Logistic & Cargo Hub), he has the perfect entrepreneurial bent to lead Cahaya Jauhar to new heights.

was Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of UEM Sunrise Berhad, was appointed Director of Cahaya Jauhar Sdn Bhd on 1 September 2014. Anwar holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London and an MBA from University of Salford, United Kingdom. He is also a qualified chartered accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales as well as a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Anwar was formerly the Group Chief Financial Officer at MMC Corporation Berhad, a position he assumed from June 2008. Anwar was also appointed Group Head, Ports & Logistics Division in January 2014 at MMC and was previously the Chief Financial Officer of the Port of Tanjung Pelepas from April 2006 to May 2008. He was formerly the co-owner and Managing Director of Business Associates Consulting Sdn Bhd, a boutique strategy and management consulting firm based in Kuala Lumpur from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that he was attached to Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Manchester in the United Kingdom from 1998 to 2002. Anwar started his career with Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd in 1996 as a transport executive where he gained considerable experience in transport and logistics.

Appointed as a Board Member and CJSB Chief Executive Officer on 1 January 2005. He is also a Board Member of several subsidiaries of UEM Land. Auzir holds a Second Class Upper (Honours) Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wales, Cardiff. He brings with him deep bench strength of over 30 years of experience in civil engineering consultancy, project management and property development. A true visionary and expert integrator, he has served in various capacities with companies such as Pengurusan Leburaya Berhad, Rocpoint (Pty.) Ltd in South Africa, Bandar Nusajaya Development Sdn Bhd and UEM Land Berhad and is credited with a talent for translating strategy to reality. Passionately advocating greatness in this world, Auzir has led projects (greenfield or otherwise) through the complexities of design, engineering, and development so that successful stand-out results are achieved. His project management and development portfolio includes the North-South Inter-urban Toll Expressway the Malaysia-Singapore Second Crossing and Nusajaya Development, the KL International Airport in Sepang, the Bukit Jalil National Sports Complex, the Kuala Lumpur Light Rail Transit System Two, the Tanjung Tokong Land Reclamation Development in Penang, the Noi Bai Industrial Zone Development in Hanoi and the South African Point Waterfront Development in Durban.
